Prescott AsheManaging Director, Golden Gate Capital

Prescott Ashe has been a Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital since its inception. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, he was a Principal at Bain Capital, which he initially joined in 1991. While at Bain Capital, Ashe spent the majority of his time working in close tandem with David Dominik, another Infor Board member, in the sourcing, negotiating, structuring, closing, and monitoring of technology buyouts.

Ashe has more than 10 years of private equity investing experience spanning both growth-equity and management buyout transactions. During his career, he has participated in more than 30 acquisitions/recapitalizations with aggregate enterprise values of approximately $3.0 billion. He focuses on the following industry segments: electronic manufacturing and other outsourced services; semiconductors; IT services; and traditional manufacturing. Prior to Bain Capital, Ashe was a consultant at Bain & Company.

David DominikManaging Director, Golden Gate
Capital

David Dominik is a Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital. He has extensive private equity investment and operational experience, especially in a broad range of technology-related industries. Prior to Golden Gate Capital, Dominik spent ten years as a managing director at Bain Capital, where he was responsible for managing Information Partners, a specialized fund within Bain Capital that focused on software, information services, and transaction processing companies serving a broad range of end markets. He also built several scale companies in the semiconductor and electronics industries, and served on the investment committee of Brookside, Bain Capital’s public equity hedge fund. In addition, Dominik opened and ran the California office for Bain Capital. Previously, he was a partner at Zero Stage Capital, an early stage technology venture capital firm, where he helped co-found several successful technology ventures. He was an early investor and assistant to the chairman of Genzyme Corporation. He also served as a Consultant at Bain & Company.

Dominik has a J.D. from Harvard Law School (cum laude) and an A.B. from Harvard College (magna cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa).

 

C.J. FitzgeraldManaging Director, Summit Partners

C.J. Fitzgerald joined Summit Partners in 1990. He then attended business school, and was founder and Chief Executive Officer of North Systems. C.J. rejoined Summit in 2001.

Based in Summit's Palo Alto office, C.J. is active in the firm's investment activities in North America, Europe and Asia, and focuses primarily on the technology sector.

During his 15 years with Summit Partners, C.J. has served as a director of many companies including three public companies. His past and present directorships include Access Information Management, Answers, GoldenGate Software (acquired by Oracle), Heald College (acquired by Corinthian Colleges), Help/Systems, Infor, M-Audio (acquired by Avid Technology), Mo Industries Holdings (acquired by VF Corporation), Trident University International, Ubiquiti Networks (NASDAQ: UBNT) and WebSideStory (NASDAQ: WSSI).

C.J. holds a B.S. in computer science, with Honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.

Phillips erwarb einen B.S. in Informatik an der U.S. Air Force Academy, einen JD an der New York Law School, einen MBA an der Hampton University und ist Mitglied der Anwaltskammer von Georgia.

Phillips ist Mitglied des Verwaltungsrats der Viacom Corporation, Jazz im Lincoln Center, New York Law School sowie für das American Museum of Natural History, den Stiftungsfonds der United States Air Force Academy und die Phillips Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen tätig. Ebenso war Phillips in Obamas Economic Recovery Board unter der Führung von Paul Volcker tätig.

Jim SchaperChairman

As Chairman of Infor, Jim Schaper is responsible for managing Infor's Board of Directors and assisting management in determining corporate strategy, ensuring that Infor's investments continue to drive growth, superior performance, and customer satisfaction.

Schaper founded Infor in 2002 and served as the CEO until 2010.  Prior to Infor, Schaper held positions as chairman and CEO of Primis Corporation, COO of Medaphis, and COO at Dun & Bradstreet Software.  He also held numerous management roles with Banyan Corporation, Memorex Telex, and Lanier.

Schaper earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina, where he was named a three-time All-American and National Championship winner as a member of the USC track team.
